About the role
- We're looking for an experienced and driven individual to join us as a Growth & Expansion Associate.
- You will report to the Expansion Manager.
- This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in San Francisco, CA with the expectation to travel to new markets 40% of the time.

- In this role, you'll build and implement our expansion playbook and execute unparalleled processes to help launch and shape our growth roadmap.

Requirements
- You'll collaborate closely with leaders to best balance optimal patient experience with varying regulatory requirements and that will support hypergrowth.
- Experience with setting strategic direction.

Company info
- At least 3 years of operational or strategy experience. You've worked in consulting, banking, private equity, or in fast-paced operations of a startup or larger company.
- Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company. You'll be a critical voice for shaping our roadmap to further our mission.
