About the role

  • We're looking for an experienced and driven individual to join us as a Growth & Expansion Associate.
  • You will report to the Expansion Manager.
  • This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in San Francisco, CA with the expectation to travel to new markets 40% of the time.

Requirements

  • You'll collaborate closely with leaders to best balance optimal patient experience with varying regulatory requirements and that will support hypergrowth.
  • Experience with setting strategic direction.

  • At least 3 years of operational or strategy experience. You've worked in consulting, banking, private equity, or in fast-paced operations of a startup or larger company.
  • Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company. You'll be a critical voice for shaping our roadmap to further our mission.
