About the role

  • Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Global QMS (Quality Management System) Analyst.
  • The Global QMS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company's Quality Management System across global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Job Duties: Administer and maintain the global Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and process documentation.
  • Support document control processes and ensure compliance with document retention requirements.
  • Support training programs related to quality system requirements and procedures.
  • Collaborate with global sites to standardize quality processes and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical or related field or equivalent relevant work experience 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ISO-9001 quality management systems (QMS) Experience with document control, CAPA, internal audits, and management review processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic QMS platforms.

Nice to have

  • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in electrical power distribution, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or global quality management systems.

Skills

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance audits.
  • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness of implemented actions.
  • Monitor QMS performance metrics and prepare quality reports for monthly operations reviews and management reviews.
  • Manage internal audit program for all global locations.
  • Ensure corrective actions are initiated, implemented and closed for findings from the audits.
  • Facilitate management, review meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assist process owners with risk assessments, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
