About the role

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Global QMS (Quality Management System) Analyst.
The Global QMS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company's Quality Management System across global operations.

Job Duties: Administer and maintain the global Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and process documentation.
Support document control processes and ensure compliance with document retention requirements.
Support training programs related to quality system requirements and procedures.
Collaborate with global sites to standardize quality processes and share best practices.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical or related field or equivalent relevant work experience 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ISO-9001 quality management systems (QMS) Experience with document control, CAPA, internal audits, and management review processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic QMS platforms.

ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification.
Experience in electrical power distribution, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing.
Experience supporting multi-site or global quality management systems.

Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance audits.
Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness of implemented actions.
Monitor QMS performance metrics and prepare quality reports for monthly operations reviews and management reviews.
Manage internal audit program for all global locations.
Ensure corrective actions are initiated, implemented and closed for findings from the audits.
Facilitate management, review meetings and follow up on action items.
Assist process owners with risk assessments, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
