About the role
- Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Global QMS (Quality Management System) Analyst.
- The Global QMS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company's Quality Management System across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Job Duties: Administer and maintain the global Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and process documentation.
- Support document control processes and ensure compliance with document retention requirements.
- Support training programs related to quality system requirements and procedures.
- Collaborate with global sites to standardize quality processes and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical or related field or equivalent relevant work experience 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO-9001 quality management systems (QMS) Experience with document control, CAPA, internal audits, and management review processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic QMS platforms.
Nice to have
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification.
- Experience in electrical power distribution, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing.
- Experience supporting multi-site or global quality management systems.
Skills
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance audits.
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Monitor QMS performance metrics and prepare quality reports for monthly operations reviews and management reviews.
- Manage internal audit program for all global locations.
- Ensure corrective actions are initiated, implemented and closed for findings from the audits.
- Facilitate management, review meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist process owners with risk assessments, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
