Responsibilities
- The Cast Leader's primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards, policies and procedures are followed.
- You consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and have the ability to lead those behaviors in others
- Interested applicants must complete a certification process designed to evaluate Cineplex job knowledge and presentation skills in order to be considered a Cast Leader.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline
- Cast Leaders must be available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business
