About the role

  • You will play a pivotal role in delivering our solution implementations by leveraging your expertise in the Clariti solution and the various implementation methodologies.
  • We focus strictly on global sanctions and criminal offences that are directly relevant to employment at Clariti, and follow all applicable privacy and human rights legislation.
  • Travel - Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year.

Responsibilities

  • We empower governments to deliver exceptional citizen experiences.
  • You will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will be comfortable and confident in navigating and configuring our solution and demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partner, and customer audiences.
  • Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products and functionality to ensure efficient software solutions for the client's needs.
  • Identify and document business and technical requirement specifications for software design and development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes using Clariti best practices.
  • Leverage SDLC, Salesforce, and Clariti knowledge to support customers, partners, and Clariti teams during all phases of implementation projects.
  • Expertly communicate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams to overcome challenges and ensure the achievement of design objectives.
  • Support the SI partner and Clariti teams to deliver capabilities using the Clariti solution and Salesforce platform.
  • Contribute positively to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms to enhance the organization's ability to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Build comfort and fluency with AI-assisted delivery tools, applying them to everyday implementation work while maintaining a domain-expert review standard on all AI-generated output.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel
