- Inspect product per the inspection plan.
- Learn to deburr parts, if needed.
- Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and continued use.
- Report damaged or spent tooling to Supervisor or machine shop manager for repair/replace.
- Report any non-conforming parts to Supervisor.
- Closely monitor machine operation, detect malfunctions or out of tolerance features, make any necessary adjustments.
