About the role
- Are you an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-moving global environment?

- You will help coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and day-to-day administrative activities while working with colleagues across different locations and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel, expenses and meeting coordination for senior leaders across multiple time zones.
- Plan and support f- 2 -f and virtual meetings, including room bookings, agendas, presentations, notes, actions and hands-on meeting support, using Microsoft Copilot where relevant.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for CPSS projects and global initiatives.
- Create, organize and maintain documents, materials and collaboration spaces in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams. Arrange travel and expense reporting in Concur.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders, using good judgment and a service-minded approach.
- Support onboarding of new colleagues and act as a site contact and host for CPSS visitors.
- Experience in administrative coordination, executive assistance, personal assistance or similar business support roles managing complex calendars, meetings, travel and administrative processes.

- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools.

Compensation
- The annual base pay for this position ranges from $67,952.00 - 101,928.00 USD Annual.
