About the role
- We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing Earthworks team.
Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive working relationships.
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software, with the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents to support successful project delivery.
- In this role, you'll lead the estimating process from initial takeoffs through bid submission, helping secure profitable work while supporting successful project execution.
- Working closely with operations, project management, clients, and trade partners, you'll develop accurate estimates, manage project budgets, identify new opportunities, and help drive continuous improvement across the division.
