About the role

  • You will reshape the product organization into pods (PO + Designer + 4-6 engineers) and set the API-first roadmap that defines how Rebuy serves both the human shopper and the agentic shopper on the same engine.

Responsibilities

  • Team Development: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, UX/UI designers, and potentially data analysts. Lead and grow the Product Owner and Design teams
  • Engineering Collaboration: Partner with Engineering to ensure the product roadmap is technically feasible and ships reliably.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product leadership
  • Panel Interview (45-60 min) - Meet with members of the engineering team to chat more in depth about your experience.

Skills

  • 10+ years in product leadership; at least one tour scaling a $20M+ ARR SaaS product
  • Deep experience in ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem, or martech
  • API-first / developer-experience mindset - you've shipped products as APIs, not just UIs
  • Comfortable operating in an exit-process posture with discretion
  • Vast experience with data intensive products
  • Strong communication skills and ability to break down complex problems into easy-to-understand concepts.
  • Be a leader by example
  • Someone who carries a positive attitude, loves to be a problem-solver, is naturally self-motivated, and passionate about ecommerce.

Compensation

  • You'll also enjoy a 3% contribution of your gross salary, no matter where you're located!
  • The U.S. base pay range for this position is $225,000 - $300,000 USD annually.
