About the role

Lasko Products, a market leader in home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Corporate Cost Analyst to join our Finance team at our West Chester, PA headquarters.
The Corporate Cost Analyst will play a key role in analyzing product costs, validating standard costs, and supporting financial decision-making across the business.

Support the development, maintenance, and analysis of standard costs for sourced and manufactured products.
Partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations, and Business Units to understand cost drivers and validate cost changes.
Support new product development costing, including scenario modeling and cost impact analysis.
Lead inventory oversight and analysis of monthly balances and application of internal controls and reporting surrounding the topic of inventory.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with high professionalism and integrity.
Own the win and the loss.

0-3 years of experience in cost accounting, standard costing, or financial analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Finance degree with strong accounting coursework considered.
Pursuit of an MBA or advanced degree is desirable but not required.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools preferred.

Experience costing sourced products in a buy-model or imported goods environment strongly preferred.
Manufacturing, consumer products, or supply chain-related experience is a plus.
