About the role
- Train, supervise, and evaluate 7 to 16 Resident Assistants and 1 Head Resident Assistant.
- Enforce and interpret University and Residence Life policies.
- Serve as a student conduct hearing officer to adjudicate violations of University policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned residential area of 300-600 resident students.
- Effectively manage budget responsibilities for residential area programming.
- In cooperation with the Housing Operations central staff members, assess and actively manage the physical condition of the residence halls relative to their cleanliness and maintenance needs.
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the members of Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Dining Services, Public Safety, and the Student Life Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years prior Residence Life experience at the graduate or professional level.
- Demonstrated ability to be student focused.
Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this position is $43,500-$45,000 paid annually for an eleven month work period.
- Offered salary will be commensurate with work experience and educational background.
