- The Pipeline Marketing Specialist is the execution engine behind QAD's North America demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- You'll report to our Global Revenue Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize integrated, multi-touch campaigns across email (Marketo nurture tracks), paid media, webinars, and field events tailored to specific manufacturing personas and verticals.
- ABM Program Management: Execute target account plays using intent and engagement signals to build account-specific landing pages, ad audiences, and customized content sequences.
- Asset Coordination: Partner with Corporate and Global Marketing teams to develop, localize, and organize campaign assets and sales enablement tools.
- Strategic Capabilities: Deep understanding of the distinction between demand creation and demand capture, paired with an analytical mindset comfortable building dashboards and interpreting pipeline data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with using AI tools for content drafting, personalization, or campaign optimization is a strong plus.
- Marketing Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo) and CRM tools (Salesforce).

- Exposure to ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Our range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD annually (based on experience and skills).
- Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
