This is a full-time position located in our Lenexa, KS office.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will: Oversee day-to-day management of project teams with a focus on project delivery, quality, financial performance, and health and safety.

Lead all aspects of the project life cycle including cost estimating and proposal preparation, scheduling, subcontracting, resourcing, project planning, execution, document preparation and review, and financial management.
Regularly and effectively communicate with clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators and other stakeholders.
Coach, mentor, and support staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure high-quality execution of project tasks, technical reports, and deliverables.
Plan and manage field investigations, including pre-design data collection and/or pilot testing data collection programs.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
8+ years of related experience.
Environmental engineering experience that spans the entire project life cycle.
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks pertinent to the work, including KDHE.

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
2+ years of related project management, financial management, or task management experience.
Experience with Superfund sites and KDHE regulations.
Demonstrated competency and understanding of soil, groundwater and air treatment technologies.
Design and construction experience with environmental remediation projects.
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and refresher updates desirable.

Collaborate closely with the project team, supporting field teams, providing oversight, and observing health and safety processes and procedures.
Plan all work in accordance with company and client health and safety protocols.
