About the role
- The Assistant Construction Manager is a key member of the Construction team and works cross-functionally with the Property Management team.
- This role oversees the construction process for tenant improvement work and handles various constructions projects across the Sea Breeze portfolio.
- A successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.

- Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam.
Nice to have
- Construction cost estimating knowledge and experience is a plus.
