- Qualifications: Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and review petitions for: EB1A (Extraordinary Ability) EB1C (Multinational Manager/Executive) NIW (National Interest Waiver) L1A (Intra-Company Transferee - Executive/Manager) Work with clients and firm staff to gather documentation, develop strategies, and produce high-quality work product.
- Provide legal analysis, cover letters, and memorandum of support.
- Meet deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with employment-based immigration, particularly EB1A, EB1C, NIW, and L1A categories.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience preparing EB1A, EB1C, NIW, and L1A petitions with minimal supervision.
Skills
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
