About the role
- You'll have ownership of complex material planning activities from proposal through program execution while driving supply chain performance, mitigating risk, and improving operational efficiency.

- Monitor material status from planning through receipt, resolving shortages and schedule impacts before they affect program performance.
Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities Lead material planning activities supporting multiple complex programs throughout the program lifecycle.
- Develop and execute material acquisition strategies that align with program schedules, customer requirements, and funding profiles.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to identify material requirements and ensure on-time program execution.
- Analyze demand, inventory, lead times, and supplier performance to proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Requirements
- Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government procurement practices.
- Experience with Costpoint, SLATE, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Experience supporting proposal efforts, material estimating, or supply chain risk assessments.
Compensation
- Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
