Responsibilities
- Maven Family Planning - provides support through your Parenting journey including egg freezing, fertility, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy, postpartum, early pediatrics, and returning to work.
Requirements
- Typically, a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in product marketing, growth, or go to market roles within fintech, payments or merchant focused platforms
- Experience launching new products or expanding into new market segments with clear, structured go to market approaches
- Breadth of skills with ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution
- Track record of driving measurable outcomes such as customer acquisition, activation, and usage growth
- Ability to operate effectively in fast moving and ambiguous environments
- Proven leadership and ability to influence others
Nice to have
- Familiarity with financial institution distribution models and operational constraints
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in payments
Compensation
- Paid Time Off - Flexible Time Off for Exempt (salaried) employees, as well as generous PTO for Non-Exempt (hourly) employees, plus 11 paid company holidays and a paid volunteer day.
