Responsibilities
- Develop advanced analytics and AI solutions to generate actionable insights into patient and provider behavior and treatment patterns.
- Create predictive models supporting patient identification, treatment initiation, adherence, and provider engagement strategies.
- Manage external vendors and consulting partners as needed.
- With a strong background in biotech commercial operations and expertise in AI, you will deliver timely and innovative solutions that inform strategic decisions and accelerate commercial growth.

Skills
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or AI.
- 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. Commercial organizations within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- 3+ years leading technical teams or large cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of commercial pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, Komodo, or claims and EHR datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven strategies.
Compensation

- Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions for the U.S. Commercial function.

- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Insights & Analytics teams to translate insights into evidence-based business strategies.

- Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
