About the role
- We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Manager to join our North America delivery team.
- This role is ideal for a strong mid-level or emerging senior project manager with experience delivering complex SaaS, payments, mobility, transit, or systems integration programs.
- This position reports into the North America delivery organization and works cross-functionally across engineering, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, and executive leadership teams.
Responsibilities

- Together, we deliver integrated fare collection, payments, mobility, analytics, and operational technology solutions that help transit agencies improve rider experience, strengthen operational performance, and support smarter transportation planning.
- Across more than 200 cities globally, our technologies support billions of passenger journeys annually across bus, rail, ferry, and multimodal transit networks.
- As part of ICM Mobility Group - a mobility-focused investment group with more than $26 billion USD in funds under management - we are building the next generation of connected transit infrastructure through innovation, operational excellence, and long-term customer partnership.
- You will lead end-to-end delivery activities for automated fare collection and mobility modernization programs while partnering closely with transit agencies, internal technical teams, system integrators, and executive stakeholders.
