About the role
- Assists in planning, designing and directing architectural projects by performing the following duties:
- Assignments require independent judgement.
- More complex projects may be under the supervision of senior architectural staff.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and checks own work and instructs, leads, and mentors junior staff to insure documentation quality and timeliness.
- Assists in preparing and following design budgets and marketing proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited four-year college or university
- Eight years of experience in architecture profession.
- Completed AXP requirements
- U.S. citizen
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Registration as a licensed architect or on a path to licensure within the next year.
- Physical Requirements
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to navigate and move around the construction site, which may involve walking, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
