About the role
- Red Dog Media is a marketing company in Henderson, NV, looking for an additional Administration Operations Specialist to help keep our workplace running smoothly, thoughtfully, and efficiently.
- This role is a key part of our day-to-day operations.
- From coordinating office needs and onboarding details to supporting internal programs and cross-functional teams, you'll be the kind of person who notices what needs to be done and helps make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Maintain internal programs and culture initiatives, including events, merchandise, and office communications
- Provide dependable cross-functional support across Front Desk, Kitchen, Branding, Recruiting, HR, Finance, and Legal
- Jumping in to support front desk scheduling or kitchen meal coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar operational role
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing needs
- Experience designing graphics via Canva
- Familiarity with HR, finance, or legal administrative processes
Compensation
- $50,000 / year
