Responsibilities
- This is a critical role within the Organization that is responsible for the development and cross site standardization of Business Systems, Data Analytics, maintenance of Make data integrity and providing Business Support and direction of Business Systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Configuration and testing of the Next Generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES) functionality from initial concept to final design and implementation.
- Provide support and technical expertise for the current Business Systems, data tools including MES, Top N, Functional and site metrics, etc.
- Build relationships with Ops, Engineering, Quality and Automation to identify potential new business / process optimization opportunities
- Perform the Role of Business Product Owner for Site Systems in Añasco Perform the role of Business Product Owner (BPO) for ERP HPT Squad for JJSV.
- Ensure Business Systems are managed in such a way as to support harmonization and standardization between the 2 sites where it makes business sense and ensure all systems delivered are in line with Enterprise standards and support future SC Technology Landscape.
- Manage Capital Appropriation Requests for Site Systems including MSP and MFF developments
- Support Añasco site requests for new Data Visualizations for Make to support OEE Growth.
- Responsible for people development with specific focus on building a diverse pipeline ensuring succession plans for key positions are identified and developed
- Development of new business system solutions and maintenance of data integrity and current Production Data tools, designed to increase OEE, & productivity, improve quality and compliance and customer service.
Requirements
- Production/Engineering Management Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a production management or senior supervisory role within a multinational company.
- Minimum of 18 months experience in existing role for internal candidates.
- Previous experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices sector.
- Comprehensive Intuition for Business on end-to-end Supply Chain

- $118,000.00 - $203,550.00
