Requirements
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Familiar with account and client management principles and practices.
- Works on assignments of moderate technical complexity.
- Uses communication skills to build and leverage effective customer relationships and to explain/promote products and services.
- Maintains product and industry knowledge of the customers' business.
- Requires occasional day and overnight travel.
