- You should be excited by designing AI-native experiences where prompting, structured outputs, human review, workflow orchestration, and operational trust all matter.
Requirements
- Startup Adaptability You are comfortable iterating quickly, working through ambiguity, and refining workflows in real time.
- 4+ years of experience in UX, UI, product design, interaction design, or workflow design roles
- Experience designing workflow-heavy or operational software products across web, mobile, or enterprise environments
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams in fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, conversational UX, structured outputs, or AI-native interfaces
Nice to have
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or operational platforms
