Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound and outbound collection calls across all stages of delinquency.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict and negotiate successful outcomes.
  • ServiceMac is focused on providing superior technology, products, and services for the mortgage and real estate industries backed by highly personalized service and support.
  • Performs a variety of collection activities including collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department.

Nice to have

  • Call center experience preferred.

Compensation

  • $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, Remote
  • This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
