About the role
- In this role, you will monitor and organize planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders' involvement, through the coordination and instruction of Craft professionals.
- Your field leadership will help ensure operations are planned to coincide with overall established schedules and that work methods are planned and executed safely.
- Coordinate safety training in conjunction with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.

Requirements
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience.
- Required Knowledge and
- Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of Bechtel's "Zero Accidents" safety program.
Skills
- Extensive working knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control.
- Familiar with construction tools and equipment as well as their uses.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
- Experience managing union craft Heavy industrial US direct hire construction experience
- Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
- Knowledge of Bechtel's "Zero Accidents" safety program. Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

- Knowledge and understanding of the application and requirements of the Project Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Handbook and the Bechtel Core Processes as they relate to area of responsibility.
