About the role

  • Prepares annual budget for all companies for Board of Directors' approval.
  • Provides financial analysis and evaluation of financial results through reports, narratives, and presentations for management and the Board of Directors, including industry analysis.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains, and optimizes applications to support the financial forecasts and allocation of expenses.
  • We build relationships and work together to create a stronger, more secure future for our clients and our communities.

Requirements

  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar financial reporting tools preferred.

Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

  • The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
  • Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
  • $64,800-$89,100
  • Incentive Pay:
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
