About the role
- You will play a vital role in ensuring our teachers and campers have exactly what they need to bring incredible STEM projects to life.
- We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Maker & Operations Assistant to join our team behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Workspace & Office Organization: Maintain a highly organized, safe, and clean central inventory workspace to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Logistics Support: Assist with counting inventory and preparing localized material shipments or deliveries.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly, and comfortably stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Maintain a highly organized, safe, and clean central inventory workspace to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with navigating NYC neighborhoods for occasional localized material drop-offs or pick-ups.
Nice to have
- Baseline artistic creativity or maker hobbies are a great asset to this position.

Compensation
- $17.00 per hour
