About the role

  • This position performs basic repairs, defect inspections, re-roll operations, and material handling to ensure product quality and timely shipment. Repair I Associate is also responsible for operating the cut table safely and efficiently while producing accurate cuts to meet production schedules and customer requirements. This role works closely with Production, Quality, and Warehouse Teams to maintain productivity, safety, and operational excellence.

  • This position performs basic repairs, defect inspections, re-roll operations, and material handling to ensure product quality and timely shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic repairs and inspect products for defects requiring repair or remake.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
