About the role
- Leadership responsibilities will include overseeing work done within the Commercial Transportation, Delivery/ Courier Claims adjusting staff.
- You will serve a critical role with the team, the customers, and the client.
- This role will balance management responsibilities and individual contributor responsibilities when volume dictates the need for assistance with a claims.
Responsibilities
- This isn't your average claims role - you'll be a driving force behind how we operate, grow, and deliver.
- Set the standard - you'll own best practices across the full claims lifecycle, from intake and investigation all the way through settlement and recovery.
- Build something great - you'll help bring in, develop, and keep great people while creating an environment where everyone actually wants to show up and do their best work.
- Drive the conversation - you'll put together reports and analyses for clients, spot trends, and help them think about how to get ahead of losses.
- Make new people feel at home - you'll lead onboarding and help new hires get plugged in from day one, both on the tools and the culture.
