About the role
- We are seeking a skilled, independent CNC Programmer to join our team.
- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate Haas 3-axis vertical milling machines, lathes, and other shop equipment.
- Tooling & Strategy: Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and machining strategies based on material type and part geometry.
Responsibilities
- Maintain tooling, equipment, and machine calibration.
- Perform secondary operations such as deburring and polishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- From design and engineering through precision machining, assembly, and finishing, we add value at every step-and you will be central to that mission.

Requirements
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam (required).
- 5 years (Required).
- Safety glasses, hearing protection, and other PPE are required in designated areas.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move around machinery for extended periods.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
- Programming & Optimization: Program CNC machines using Mastercam (required).
- Schedule: Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
- Mastercam: 5 years (Required).
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical/vocational training in machining or manufacturing is preferred.
- 5 years (Preferred).
- Strong Mastercam programming proficiency and the ability to independently program, set up, and run CNC machines.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, and optical comparators.
