About the role

  • We are seeking a skilled, independent CNC Programmer to join our team.
  • Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate Haas 3-axis vertical milling machines, lathes, and other shop equipment.
  • Tooling & Strategy: Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and machining strategies based on material type and part geometry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tooling, equipment, and machine calibration.
  • Perform secondary operations such as deburring and polishing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • From design and engineering through precision machining, assembly, and finishing, we add value at every step-and you will be central to that mission.

Requirements

  • Program CNC machines using Mastercam (required).
  • 5 years (Required).
  • Safety glasses, hearing protection, and other PPE are required in designated areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move around machinery for extended periods.
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
  • Programming & Optimization: Program CNC machines using Mastercam (required).
  • Schedule: Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
  • Mastercam: 5 years (Required).

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical/vocational training in machining or manufacturing is preferred.
  • 5 years (Preferred).
  • Strong Mastercam programming proficiency and the ability to independently program, set up, and run CNC machines.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, and optical comparators.
