Associate Account Manager, Personal Lines The J.

This role works closely with clients, insurance carriers, and teammates to assist with policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, and ongoing client needs.

Build and maintain positive client relationships through responsive and professional service.
Process certificates, evidence of insurance, policy documents, and other servicing requests.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
Support retention efforts by providing proactive and timely client service.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain organized electronic client files and correspondence.
Support agency initiatives and process improvement efforts as needed.
Personal Lines Manager Build a Career with Purpose At the J.

Approximately 1 year of insurance, customer service, administrative, banking, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Assist with collecting required signatures and client paperwork.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, licensing, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.
