Oversees the day-to-day underwriting operations including budget and staff planning as well as direct supervision of personnel to successfully accomplish company underwriting objectives and compliance.
Identifies, analyzes, and manages the assigned line of business for maximum profitability.
Develops corporate underwriting guidelines and strategies for risk acceptability.
This is hybrid position, we are looking for candidates in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
After the training period this individual will be in office either one or two days a week.
Typical hours are Monday - Friday, from 8:30am - 5pm.
Provides quality customer service, responding accurately and timely to telephone and written inquiries from customers.
