About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing field operations, supervising craft personnel, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in mining operations, industrial electrical systems, and field leadership.
Our capabilities include Electrical, Mechanical & Structural, Underground Maintenance & Installation (UMI), Fabrication, Soft Crafts, Inspection, and Mining Services.

Lead all electrical field operations for mining and heavy industrial projects.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, including 3-week look-ahead schedules.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to support project execution.
Lead safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and field audits while promoting a strong safety culture.
Support project startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and closeout activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

8+ years of electrical construction experience in mining or heavy industrial environments.
3+ years in a Superintendent or General Foreman leadership role.
Experience leading multiple electrical crews of 50-150+ craft employees.
