About the role
- This position is responsible for overseeing field operations, supervising craft personnel, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in mining operations, industrial electrical systems, and field leadership.
- Our capabilities include Electrical, Mechanical & Structural, Underground Maintenance & Installation (UMI), Fabrication, Soft Crafts, Inspection, and Mining Services.
Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical field operations for mining and heavy industrial projects.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, including 3-week look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to support project execution.
- Lead safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and field audits while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Support project startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and closeout activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 8+ years of electrical construction experience in mining or heavy industrial environments.
- 3+ years in a Superintendent or General Foreman leadership role.
- Experience leading multiple electrical crews of 50-150+ craft employees.
Compensation
- $50k-$150k
