Responsibilities
- O-I has more than a century of experience crafting pure, sustainable, brand-building glass packaging for many of the world's best-known food and beverage brands.
- The Plant Superintendent is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing activities to ensure operations perform at optimum productivity, achieving profitability and cost-improvement objectives.
- This role leads efforts to drive continuous plant improvement, emphasizing customer quality and service while enhancing the plant's competitive financial position.

Requirements
- Direction must be aligned with the Plant Manager and with the organization
- Ability to interact with all levels, both internal and external to OK
- Experience reviewing operations reports, budgets, cost objective performance, product P&L's, etc.
- Experience driving continuous improvement (LSS)
- Experience contributing to the development and maintenance of positive employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple departments or functional areas
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 and includes a possible 15% STI quarterly incentive bonus.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
