About the role

  • This position reports to the Regional Director of Administration and the Regional Human Resources Manager for the Texas offices.
  • The Client Services Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • This role requires exceptional client service, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking a Client Services Assistant (CSA) to support our Austin office.
  • Providing administrative support as needed, including preparing expense reports, check requests, new business memos, mailings, presentation binders, electronic files, travel arrangements, and meeting scheduling.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • The expected salary range for this position is $50-$60k. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $50-$60k.
