About the role
- Working under the direction of a Project Manager, the APM helps ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, highly organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a full Project Manager role.
- Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and scope with engineers, surveyors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support estimating efforts, takeoffs, and constructability reviews.
- Identify long‑lead materials and assist with early procurement coordination.
- Maintain compliance records for environmental, erosion control, and municipal requirements.
- Support the development and updating of project schedules.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in civil construction, site development, or related project support roles (internships included).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and project management principles.
Nice to have
- experience with construction management software preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office
