Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve sourcing strategies, recruiter productivity, stakeholder decision-making, and overall recruiting effectiveness

You'll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines, partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
Use funnel metrics, market insights, and recruiting data to identify inefficiencies, improve hiring velocity, and drive strong talent outcomes at scale
You're highly collaborative and build strong cross-functional partnerships with senior stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and G&A
The Operations Recruiting Team partners closely with Operations leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that bring exceptional talent into DoorDash - efficiently, thoughtfully, and at scale.
As DoorDash expands its Canadian presence, this role offers a unique opportunity to support hiring across Operations, Sales, and Marketing - giving you broad exposure across the business.

You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Operations, Sales, and/or G&A functions in high-growth environments - and you have experience in the Canadian talent market

You actively leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve recruiting workflows, productivity, and stakeholder enablement

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
$100,000 - $125,000 CAD
