Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and budget execution across admin, supply chain, and facilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and major service contracts (food, utilities, waste, maintenance).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with federal privacy standards.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain favorable background investigations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances and credentials required for access to detention facilities.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • or fluency in other languages.
  • Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher
  • has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
  • Detention center experience.
  • Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
  • Work is performed in a secure detention facility.
  • May require evening, weekend, or on-call hours.
