Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and budget execution across admin, supply chain, and facilities.
Manage vendor relationships and major service contracts (food, utilities, waste, maintenance).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with federal privacy standards.
Ability to obtain and maintain favorable background investigations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances and credentials required for access to detention facilities.

Nice to have

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
or fluency in other languages.
Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher
has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
Detention center experience.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
Work is performed in a secure detention facility.
May require evening, weekend, or on-call hours.
