About the role

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within HR, including Employee Experience and Performance Management.
  • May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. and report to the company's headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia.
  • Position requires up to 10% travel to India.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytics methodologies to identify patterns and correlations that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and other HR initiatives.
  • Lead a team of HR analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities related to employee experience, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with CoE leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and initiatives that support the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring activities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify gaps, and develop targeted interventions to enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Position requires a master's degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and two (2) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation
  • OR alternatively a bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation.
  • Foreign degree equivalent accepted.

Compensation

  • $135,533 to $136,533.00 per year
