About the role

Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within HR, including Employee Experience and Performance Management.
May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. and report to the company's headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Position requires up to 10% travel to India.

Utilize advanced analytics methodologies to identify patterns and correlations that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and other HR initiatives.
Lead a team of HR analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities related to employee experience, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with CoE leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and initiatives that support the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
Lead change management efforts to drive organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring activities.
Partner with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify gaps, and develop targeted interventions to enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity.

Position requires a master's degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and two (2) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation
OR alternatively a bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation.
Foreign degree equivalent accepted.

$135,533 to $136,533.00 per year
