About the role
- For this role, the expected base salary range is $200,000 to $300,000.
Responsibilities
- Create the strategy that makes Profound's platform work for the largest brands in the world. This includes identity and access management, permissions and roles, billing and subscription management, notifications, and authentication.
- Expedite execution across engineering, design, security, marketing, sales and customer success by creating clarity, making decisions, and managing scope
- Optimize the team for velocity and quality shots on goal
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, create clarity, and push teams to ship product and drive impact
- Strong product fundamentals with a spike in one or more of security, systems design, enterprise go-to-market, or developer experience
- Create the strategy that makes Profound's platform work for the largest brands in the world.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience building excellent software products for enterprise, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company
- Domain expertise in platform engineering, identity and access management, billing systems, or developer infrastructure.
