About the role
- The Data Clerk is responsible for entry of all data into the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) within the integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDTP).
- This position is responsible for the operational aspects of tracking and entering data and following the policies and procedures associated with these activities.
- Recording daily participant attendance data within ARMS Session Attendance (In-Prison) touchpoint.

- Provide ARMS support to staff.
Requirements
- Required to communicate verbally and in written form.
- Occasionally required to climb, bend, stretch, reach, or stoop.
- Ability to change directions as a priorities shift.
- Ability to thrive in environment that require the ability to adapt to changing circumstances,
- Ability to cope with occasionally difficult or temperamental students and faculty.
Skills
- Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP Data Management functions are essential.
- Operational knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, and Access.
- Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communications and typing skills.
- Experience working with ARMS database.
