About the role

  • The Data Clerk is responsible for entry of all data into the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) within the integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDTP).
  • This position is responsible for the operational aspects of tracking and entering data and following the policies and procedures associated with these activities.
  • Recording daily participant attendance data within ARMS Session Attendance (In-Prison) touchpoint.

  • Provide ARMS support to staff.

Requirements

  • Required to communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Occasionally required to climb, bend, stretch, reach, or stoop.
  • Ability to change directions as a priorities shift.
  • Ability to thrive in environment that require the ability to adapt to changing circumstances,
  • Ability to cope with occasionally difficult or temperamental students and faculty.

Skills

  • Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP Data Management functions are essential.
  • Operational knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communications and typing skills.
  • Experience working with ARMS database.
