Requirements
- Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are also required.
- The review of Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with all required laws.
Nice to have
- Housing Credit Certified Professional certification a plus.
- If not already certified, the requirement to attend HCCP training within the first 2 years of employment and include a passing score on the exam.
- Knowledge of the HUD program is a plus.
Skills
- Individuals in this position should possess strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong computer literacy skills are essential to this position, including RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software.
Compensation
- Attendance at TDHCA trainings annually.
