The Property & Casualty Service Apprentice is an entry-level opportunity to launch a meaningful career in commercial insurance with IMA.

High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior insurance experience required
Property & Casualty licensing is not required at entry
however, candidates must be willing to complete required coursework, training, licensing activity, and apprenticeship milestones.
In this role, you will support Account Management teams while gaining hands-on experience with client service, agency systems, and industry fundamentals.
Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
Ability to apply to and enroll in the required apprenticeship education program
Property & Casualty licensing is not required at entry; however, candidates must be willing to complete required coursework, training, licensing activity, and apprenticeship milestones.
