Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals of assigned region by developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure sustainable sales growth.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify gaps and create detailed improvement plan.
  • The Business Development Manager of Key Accounts will direct, support and drive sales efforts in assigned key accounts within the US.
  • Each BDM will have defined accounts and is responsible to develop the sales and maximize profits, for all business units in their respective accounts with focused efforts on designated key organizations within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above in life science discipline, with hands on laboratory experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of the life science and CRO markets with an emphasis on one or more of the following: gene synthesis, protein expression, peptide, bioassay, antibody or cell line development.

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary range is $100,000 - $120,000, based on experience level, before incentive pay.
