About the role

  • What it's like to be a Northbridge Director Risk Services The Director is responsible for assisting in defining and the implementation of the strategic direction of Risk Services from a regional perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintain the Risk Services strategy in support of the overall NBFC business strategy
  • Developing detailed functional team operational plans, budgets, priorities, and projects.
  • Leading and overseeing the gathering of market and customer intelligence on risk management to support business strategies
  • You get to work from the office and at home 50/50, allowing you to manage both worlds with the ease and flexibility you need.

Requirements

  • Minimum University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience in a similar position.
  • Minimum 15 years industry experience.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to cross the USA / Canada International border without restriction.

Compensation

  • Determining and prioritize annual initiatives based on business and strategic value
  • Executing annual plans to help internal and external customers mitigate risks through technical advice, training, and consulting
  • Meeting or exceeding the annual risk assessment plan
