About the role
- We seek a physician-leader to bridge clinical medicine and artificial intelligence.
- This role combines hands-on context engineering with strategic leadership, requiring both deep medical knowledge and comfort with AI/LLM technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess LLM performance in clinical contexts
- Create metrics specific to diagnosis accuracy, treatment appropriateness, and prescription safety
- Day-to-day interaction with engineering team to develop and refine architecture
- Partner with engineering on integration between AI doctor and EHR system
Requirements
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of AI and large language models
- Experience with or strong interest in prompt engineering
- Comfort with iterative testing and rapid prototyping
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows
- Technical Expertise
