Responsibilities
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design HEOR studies, write the Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and make sure the methodology is airtight.
- Additionally, this role is for you if you're excited about opportunities to build new data platforms.
Requirements
- Because of the fast-paced nature of the work, previous experience in an HEOR consulting firm is a requirement.
- The Credentials: A Master's or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HEOR consulting.
- Leadership & Rigor: You have a meticulous eye for code auditing and a natural ability to mentor junior staff.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics or biostatistics and proficiency in statistical programming using SAS and/or R.

- Consulting Background: You must come from an HEOR consulting firm. That fast-paced, solutions-driven mindset is non-negotiable here.
- US Database Experience: You need to be deeply familiar with US administrative claims and EMR/EHR data.
- Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in SAS and/or R is essential. If you're familiar with Python or Stata, that's a bonus.
