About the role

Building estimates for clients through direct requests from our customers, account managers, planners, or anyone involved with our daily operations that requests an estimate.
Produce estimates, track, and manage the estimates in TCR.
Continual process improvement, tracking, production and billing of estimates to support the sales efforts for AWP safety.
Collaborate with management on strategic estimating and growth initiatives for the estimating department.
Complete estimates including bid documents, determining the project's scope, and evaluating special conditions affecting the proposal (including site conditions, access, personnel, and equipment needs)
Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate people (project managers, clients, bidding competitions, etc.)
Manage multiple projects estimates simultaneously.
Develop relationships with current and potential customers in a sale capacity. (Mainly calls)
Develop traffic control plans.
Attend regular customer lunches to build and maintain the relationship.

Gain technical knowledge required for all aspects of traffic control, and AWP Safety products to present to client.
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 or 4-year college degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
