About the role
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, Hybrid Identity, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
- Incident, Problem & Change Management Serve as the escalation point for complex L2 infrastructure incidents.
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes following ITIL practices.
Responsibilities
- AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced, Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing team.
- Join our dynamic team as a L2 Cloud Support Engineer where you will be the go-to technical resource driving the reliability, performance and security of enterprise-scale networks and cloud environments.
- Job Responsibilities Azure Infrastructure Operations (IaaS) Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks (VNets), Load Balancers, and App Services.
- Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure performance, availability, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain Azure Monitoring solutions and alerts.
- Support Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Automation & Scripting Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Conduct infrastructure audits and maintain operational documentation.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery Manage backup policies and disaster recovery plans using Azure Site Recovery and related tools.
