Responsibilities

- Performs ordered EKGs according to policy and per documented training and competency assessment.
- Performs Phlebotomy duties according to policy and per documented training and competency assessment.
- Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed.
- Ability to read, write, and spell English and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
- Successful completion of the initial clinical competency requirements in order to perform independently.

- Attends required in-services, workshops, retreats, staff meetings.
